At Dune Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
